Rescheduling Fees
Our time is our livelihood, and we set aside our time for you. Please avoid a cancelation fee of $25 by calling us 24 hours before your appointment if your schedule must be altered. If there is no alert for the need of a schedule change 12 hours before the appointment, the fee will be 50% of the service scheduled. We cannot earn an income without someone on our table so please allow us time to fill the appointment.
Allergen Clause
Due to the close proximity of the client and therapist during a session, please refrain from smoking and/or wearing any perfumes or products with fragrance directly before your appointment. Our therapists and/or our clients may have allergies. Any therapist has the right to refuse to work with someone that is irritating their allergies.
Clinical Intention
Massage Works has established a long respected reputation for therapeutic activity. Our intention is to provide services to greatly enhance our client’s beauty, health, mobility and pain relief.
So, to be clear of our intentions; Pursuant to the Florida State laws governing public decency and the Florida State Board statutes governing sexual misconduct in therapeutic establishments licensed in Florida, Massage Works has ZERO tolerance for sexually inappropriate behavior. Any action or language deemed sexually illicit will result in immediate termination of the session, and/or will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. The client understands that this will result in immediate termination of the session and is still responsible for payment of the appointed and terminated session.
Treatment of a Minor
Massage Works requires a signature from a parent or legal guardian for any work to be done with a minor prior to first appointment. For further appointments, the minor may make appointments as the parent or legal guardian allows.
